How are you this lovely day? We all can use a little afternoon Sereni-tea time. I have a treat for you. It is a 2 minute guided Sereni-tea break. Wherever you are right now you can do this short exercise, take a deep breath… close your eyes and as you do roll your eyes up and then relax and exhale… ahhh… (rolling your eyes up activates your serotonin, which is the happy hormone) Breathing is one way to get rid of toxins from the body. Taking deep breaths is so important; it is the only way to supply our bodies with the necessary oxygen which is vital for our health and wellbeing!
If you are anything like me then you probably get so focused on your day to day must do’s, have to do’s, gotta do’s that you forget to B-R-E-A-T-H-E… We tend to take short, shallow breaths throughout the day. When we finally S-T-O-P and bring our awareness to our breath …close your eyes for a moment and feel the connection to your self and your heart center… we feel s-o-o-o GOOD!! Your muscles will begin to relax and it will help to bring everything back into perspective.
This process will actually help you stay in a high-vibration state of mind. Practicing relaxation throughout your day is one important key to well-being!
