Living in Calmness

How would you like to live in calmness with a since of deep relaxation? It’s about slowing down and finding that peace within. When you are peaceful the world around of you can be crazy and you will feel calm and relaxed. What if you could get relief from being triggered? Wouldn’t it be great to be able to calm yourself immediately? To take you power back, shift your energy and emotions? How would you like to manage your stressful moments? It doesn’t mean that you won’t get trigger once in a while, but with practice it will be fewer and far between.

Sometimes its hard to get your mind off of the things that are stressing or disturbing you. What if you could release those triggers and nip them in the bud? So you are more and more able to deal with the challenges that come your way. To be in the world but not of the world. Living in Peace & Calmness so you have more quality of life and can help others. Here is a process that is good to practice daily. Every time there you catch yourself feeling… worried…concerned…angry…fearful… grief… or negative self talk… immediately start practicing the following process.

Take a moment and focus on something you want to release or shift…

On a scale from 0-10 how strong is that feeling?

Now just for a moment welcome those feels… could you just allow them to be… just for now…

Now could you just begin to let it go?… just for now… could you?…

Feel what ever comes up… don’t control it, just allow the feels and thoughts to be.

Would you let it go?… would you just set it down… or let it devolve?… just for now…

When?…

Now what ever comes up is perfect.

and repeat…

focus on the issue… Now just for a moment welcome those feels… could you just allow them to be… just for now…

Now just for a moment could you begin to let it go?… just let it dissolve…feel what ever comes up…

Would you … could…let it go?…just set it down… or let it devolve… just for now… let it go… let it go…

When?…

Repeat (5-30 x’s) Check in and on a scale of 0-10 how do you feel?  you feel lighter and more relaxed…

Say to yourself …Yes…Yes… Yes…Yes… Yes… take a deep breathe… and R-E-L-A-X…
